Custom Woven and Embroidered Patches
Patches give apparel, accessories, uniforms, and promotional goods durable branding that survives wear and washing. Hwa Jong USA supplies woven patches built to the same standard as our damask woven labels, plus embroidered and silicone rubber options.
Woven patches hold finer detail than embroidery, which makes them the better choice for small lettering, gradients, and intricate logos. They can be laser cut to follow any outline, or finished with a merrowed edge for a raised, stitched border closer to the look of traditional embroidery.

Pricing and lead time
Price depends on width, number of colors, weave density, and finishing. We quote each job rather than working from a price list.
Production runs 2–3 weeks after sample approval. Repeat orders are also 2–3 weeks.
